Workshop A2: Integration of Fuel Cell Batteries in mobility’s professional solutions

Moving towards a service-focused business model in the auto industry: what is at stake?09:00 - 11:30Provision of services above and beyond the supply of the vehicle itself will be at the very heart of changes in the automotive industry in the XXIst century. These services proposed to auto industry companies will furthermore represent a central issue for the whole industry. Whereas core business was the focus of effort during the 1990s, the introduction of wider business services is likely to enhance overall performance.
The stakes as regards services in the automotive industry will be highlighted through researchers’ speeches as well as a debate with the audience.
