Registration fees

Registration fees per participant:

• 220 € net of tax per person for normal visitors
• 150 € net of tax per person for members of Pôle Véhicule du Futur

The organizer Pôle Véhicule du Futur is not subject to VAT. The prices quoted are net of tax.

Special Terms

• Students of Alsace and Franche-Comté : Free access (registration required) . The ticket gives you access to conferences (lunches and gala dinner are not included). Access to the event upon presentation of the ticket and the student card. Please use french registration form.
• Confirmed speakers, partner of the event and registered press : Free access (registration mandatory). Please use the contact section to ask for your entry badge.

Methods of payment

To register, you have the possibility to choose between 2 methods of payment:

• Credit cards: Use the online registration form. Mobilis accepts Visa cards, MasterCards and American Express cards
• Advance Payment: Use the online registration form. To receive your tickets, please make your money transfer to the account that shows once you have made your order. You have 15 days to make your money transfer. Past these 15 days, the tickets will be put back for sale. IMPORTANT: Make sure to keep the number of your invoice - you will need it in case of claims.

Receipt of tickets

• Once we received your payment, you will receive a registration confirmation by email. Attached to the email, you will find your ticket, and a summary of the sessions to which you are enrolled.
• A couple of days before the event, we will send you your badge by email.
• Print your badge and the accompanying email and show both documents to the reception on the day of the event. We will give you a lanyard and a Badge Holder.

Security

Mobilis uses the amiando virtual ticket service for the dispatch of the tickets. Amiando guarantees maximum security for the ticket sale and confidentiality of your data. Mobilis will receive your payment directly through the fully secured amiando payment system.

Cancellation of order

The buyer can revoke his contractual agreement without giving any reasons within a one month time limit (per letter, fax, email). Refunds are made 14 days after the reception date of this instruction. The buyer will be charged with a 5 € cancellation fee. The cancellation request and tickets are to be sent to: amiando AG Sandstr. 33, DE-80335 Munich, Germany, support@amiando.com.
