Registration fees
Registration fees per participant, including documentation and 3 meals :
- 100 € excl. tax per person for members of Pôle Véhicule du Futur
- 150 € excl. tax per person for non-members of Pôle Véhicule du Futur
Special Terms:
- University staff and students : Free access (registration mandatory) for professors and students of Alsace and Franche Comté Universities. The ticket gives you access to conferences and lunches, not including the gala dinner. Access to the event by presenting the entry ticket and student card.
- Speakers : Free access (registration mandatory) for all people holding a conference or a workshop during the Mobilis event. Access to the event by presenting the entry ticket and speaker badge.
- Partners: Free access (registration mandatory) for partners of the event. Access to the event by presenting the entry ticket and partner badge.
Online registration is reserved to normal visitors, Pôle members, university and students.

Methods of payment:
To register for Mobilis 2008, you have the possibility to choose between 2 methods of payment:
Credit cards: Mobilis accepts Visa cards, MasterCards and American Express cards- Advance Payment: To receive your tickets, please make your money transfer to the account that shows once you have made your order. You have 30 days to make your money transfer. Past these 30 days, the tickets will be put back for sale. IMPORTANT: Make sure to keep the number of your invoice - you will need it in case of claims.
- Mobilis does not accept cheque payments
Security
Mobilis 2008 uses the amiando virtual ticket service for the dispatch of the tickets. Amiando guarantees maximum security for the ticket sale and confidentiality of your data. Mobilis 2008 will receive your payment directly through the fully secured amiando payment system.Receipt of tickets
Mobilis 2008 proposes 2 ways how to receive your tickets :
- Electronic Ticket
Dispatch free of charge
The electronic ticket will be sent by email in PDF format as soon as the order is effective. - Paper ticket
Shipping cost per order: 2.90 € (Shipping costs are paid by the buyer of the tickets).
Paper tickets will be sent by mail within approx. 1 week.
Cancellation of order :
The buyer can revoke his contractual agreement without giving any reasons within a one month time limit (per letter, fax, email). Refunds are made 14 days after the reception date of this instruction. The buyer will be charged with a 5 € cancellation fee.
