Registration fees
Registration fees per participant :- 180 € excl. tax per person for normal visitors
- 120 € excl. tax per person for members of Pôle Véhicule du Futur
- Teachers of Alsace and Franche Comté : 60 € excl.tax (access to conference and lunches) or 120 € excl.tax (access to conference, lunches and Gala Dinner).
Special Terms:
- Students of Alsace and Franche-Comté : Free access (registration required) . The ticket gives you access to conferences (lunches and gala dinner are not included). Access to the event upon presentation of the ticket and the student card.
- Speakers : Free access (registration mandatory) for confirmed speakers. Use the contact section to ask for your entry badge.
- Partners : Free access (registration mandatory) for partners of the event. Use the contact section to ask for your entry badge.
- Registered Press : Free access (registration mandatory) for registered press. Use the contact section to ask for your entry badge.
Online registration is reserved to normal visitors, Pôle members, university teachers and students.

Methods of payment:
To register for Mobilis 2010, you have the possibility to choose between 2 methods of payment:
Credit cards: Use the online registration form. Mobilis accepts Visa cards, MasterCards and American Express cards- Advance Payment: Use the online registration form. To receive your tickets, please make your money transfer to the account that shows once you have made your order. You have 30 days to make your money transfer. Past these 30 days, the tickets will be put back for sale. IMPORTANT: Make sure to keep the number of your invoice - you will need it in case of claims.
Receipt of tickets
- Once we received your payment, a registration confirmation will be displayed, you can download your e-ticket from the confirmation page.
- You will also receive a registration confirmation by email. Attached to the email, you will find your ticket and a summary of the sessions to which you are enrolled.
- Print your ticket and the accompanying email and show both documents to the reception on the day of the event to obtain your access badge.
Security
Mobilis uses the amiando virtual ticket service for the dispatch of the tickets. Amiando guarantees maximum security for the ticket sale and confidentiality of your data. Mobilis will receive your payment directly through the fully secured amiando payment system.
Cancellation of order :
The buyer can revoke his contractual agreement without giving any reasons within a one month time limit (per letter, fax, email). Refunds are made 14 days after the reception date of this instruction. The buyer will be charged with a 5 € cancellation fee. The cancellation request and tickets are to be sent to: amiando AG Tumblingerstraße 23, 80337 Munich Germany, support@amiando.com.
