Groupe La Poste’s electric QUAD vehicle

4 electric quads have been provided for postmen in the Strasbourg, Sélestat, Sausheim and Horbourg-Wihr distribution centres. The Laposte group is a pioneer in the use of electric vehicles and, following a Europewide call for tenders, has contracted Matra and Automobiles Ligier to deliver the first 100 electric quads, including 4 for Alsace, which should increase to 3000 in the longer term. These electric quads, or Quadéos to give them their brand-name, will be used all over France for collecting and distributing mail. The first 100 vehicles will be used in urban areas, to replace the currently-used thermal vehicles.

Top-Loader is a solution for the transport of goods and people over short distances, within an industrial facility, in an urban context, in parks and leisure areas or holiday centres or for use by local authorities.

Top-Loader is a scalable transport system, distributed in eastern France by Sarl Colibrius, a company located in Etupes (25).
