Career

Technical director of the French subsidiary of the ESG group from 2006, Thierry SEYNAEVE has since been appointed General Manager of ESG Automotive and ESG France SAS

His career shows his considerable experience and deep knowledge of the industry. After graduating in industrial Informatics, with a major in operating systems, Thierry moved into the analysis of complex real-time information systems. In 1983, he joined SAVEM’s avionics division for developing real-time applications and then worked briefly in MARBEN, an industrial software and systems management firm, on a number of projects involving on-board real-time systems. He subsequently joined DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION France, where he was involved in projects for the automotive sector, mainly for Renault and PSA. Thierry joined the PSA Group in 1993, initially in industrial Informatics, where he worked on the Peugeot Sport in Formula 1 project, then in automobile projects, including:

• lead prediction of braking, suspension and gearbox systems,
• programmed lead prediction of electronic architectures of group vehicles,
• managing the electronic development of engine and gearbox controls,
• managing the After-Sales Diagnosis Project for the PSA Group, until January 2006.
