Mr. Zom graduated from Delft University with a Master degree in Aerospace Engineering before turning his attention to consulting with positions at Accenture and IG&H Consulting & Interim. He joined ARN Advisory at the beginning of 2009 and has specialized in recycling system management and supply chains. He was co-developer and project manager for the Dutch scrapping scheme for old cars in 2009-2010. At the moment he is involved in several carbon footprint and resource scarcity studies in Europe and is setting up a national chain for the recycling of scooters and mopeds. He has led in extensive knowledge transfer missions with Canada, Turkey, China, Bulgaria, Switzerland and other countries.
