Graduated from IFAG promotion 3, Jean-Michel Cavret, 60 years old, started is career with BMW France. He, then, worked for Renault. Back to BMW, he was appointed as the Director of the motorbike department. Since January 2010, he is the Electro-mobility strategy Director, of BMW Group France and is assigned to the preparation of electric vehicles of the BMW Group in the French market by, among other things, the establishment of an experiment of 50 MINI E in Paris by Autumn 2010 and 2011 ; then of BMW ActiveE in 2012 and 2013 before the commercialization of BMW i3 and BMW i8, end of 2013.
