Speakers for Mobilis 2011

A qualified engineer, I have been working at ADEME since 1992 in the Sustainable Consumption and Waste Management Department. Since 2006, I have been in charge of coordinating (R&D - Studies and Surveys – networks) the Department for Channels with Broader Producer Responsibility and Recycling in automobile waste products (old tires, used oil, etc) and vehicles and other means of transport at the end of their useful life (end-of-life vehicles, boats, etc). Examples of one-off or ongoing missions:

Inter-ministerial mission on ship dismantling (2006-2007)

Secretary to the ADEME national funding commission for financing the collection and treatment of used oils (ongoing)

Responsible for calculating the rates of re-use, recovery and recycling of end-of-life vehicles (ongoing) on behalf of the Ministry of the Environment

Providing support for UNI-VDL, the French leisure-vehicles federation, for setting up an end-of-life mobile homes activity under the responsibility of the manufacturers (2010-2011).
